Avocado Pudding

A simple breakfast perfect for those with a sweet tooth.

  • 1/2 avocado (100 g)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I use chocolate flavored whey)
  • 2/3 tbsp cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup (120 mL) almond milk
  • Stevia or other sweetener to taste
  • 30 g toasted hazelnuts crumbled, or other nut to taste
  • Process
    1. Blend all the ingredients except the hazelnuts (if you have a good blender you can add half the hazelnuts as well).
    2. Taste to adjust (you can add more cacao, sweetener and even spices like cinnamon).
    3. Top with the hazelnuts and eat!
