Kidney bean hummus

A delicious, spicy dip, with mexican flavours. Incredibly easy to make and so tasty that I eat it by the spoonful :D

  • 400 g boiled kidney beans
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1-2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional: extra virgin olive oil, to taste.
  • Optional: coriander, to mix in or to garnish.
  • Process
    1. Drain and rinse the beans.
    2. Process everything.
    3. Eat.
