  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • Stevia to taste
  • Salt, pepper, spices to taste

    1. Mix the dressing ingredients separately.
    2. Chop the lettuce, dress and serve.
